The Truth About AbsThe Truth About Abs is a fitness system designed by a guy named Mike Geary. What it does is specifically target the body so that abs can not only be seen but can be built too.

So Why Am I Writing About It?

Well the truth is that 2 years ago I made a promise to myself to get in shape. I had that moment when I looked in the mirror and couldn’t believe what I was looking at.

I just couldn’t believe how much fat I was carrying around my mid section. So I decided enough was enough…..

So I started on a diet and fitness regime and did actually manage to lose some weight and felt better about myself.

But I Wanted More…..

I was so fed up of seeing those guys at the gym or down on the beach that had those lumps and bumps in the right places, yes I’m talking about abs, pecs and biceps. The latter 2 I could work on but had no idea how to improve the look of my abs.

That’s Where The Truth About Abs Came In…..

I had a search online and found this website. It had lots of testimonials from people who used the system and managed to get abs themselves.

These weren’t fitness models or gym enthusiasts either, just regular guys like me. So I thought heck, what have I got to lose?

I immediately read through all the information and knew exactly what I had to do. I was shocked at how quickly it all started working. Within weeks I was starting to see a difference and it wasn’t difficult either, I just followed exactly what was in the system.

Here are a few things that surprised me and I’ll share them with you to help you out:

- Sit-ups aren’t the answer. I always thought that doing lots of sit-ups was the answer to getting ripped abs. I now know I was COMPLETELY wrong!

- Excess cardio won’t help either. Doing too much cardio exercise might help to burn fat but won’t give you defined abs, this section really made my eyes open to what I was doing wrong.

- Two foods to avoid. There are two types of food that will stop you from burning fat, no matter how hard you workout. I was eating one constantly but not anymore!

- More than 50 abs exercises. Forget about crunches and captain’s chair exercises, there are more than 50 exercises that will make your abs more defined. You get them all within this system.
